As with every 4th of July, I do my best to get pictures of my second favorite holiday. This year, I had my big girl camera, so I got to take some big girl pictures*.

First up, we went to the Beymer's annual party.
Lydia got to do sparklers, or as she called them, 'sticks', for the first time.

Fortunately, they were able to chase this lantern down before the wind carried too far off and onto a neighbors roof.
Next up is the Boleski party.
We started off swimming in the pool, which, huh.
Didn't seem to get any pictures of that.

So Lydia loves to sing.
